For 3 months members, you may pause your 3 months membership for up to 21 days in 1 block.
For 12 months membership holders, you can pause for up to 60 days in 2 blocks.

Because of this simple and upfront pricing model, we’re unable to offer refunds once a membership has been purchased.

1. Minimum age to climb is 4 years old. Kids 4-7 are required to attend our dedicated lessons. See our Family Sessions.
2. Juniors 7-11 years old require supervision by a qualified adult at all times during their climbs.
3. All passes are shareable only with the pass holder is present.
4. All purchases are non refundable.
5. Memberships are non-transferrable.
