Membership FAQ

1. When does it start?
You choose! Your Membership starts on your first check-in.

2. When do I have to renew it?
You can renew online or at the gym reception any time. Just make sure to do it before it expires to avoid any interruption to your climbing flow.

You can also opt to start your subsequent membership anytime you want and it does not need to be continuous.

3. Can I transfer my membership?
Nope — your membership is just for you. You're special, and so is your pass.‍

4. Can I pause my membership?
Memberships are priced to be accessible, even if you miss a few days. We also do not charge minimum periods or other fees. That said, if you get injured or have a serious situation, please reach out. We’re climbers too and we’ll try our best to help.

5. I've changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
We understand that plans can change. Our memberships are designed to offer flexibility. They’re commitment-free, competitively priced, and don’t include initiation or cancellation fees.

Because of this simple and upfront pricing model, we’re unable to offer refunds once a membership has been purchased.

6. How can I track my membership status?
Open the BETA app anytime to view your membership status, start date, and expiry.

7. I still have passes on my account. What now?

If you’ve got existing passes with an expiry date, we recommend using those first before activating your Month Membership.

Prefer to start climbing with your membership right away? No problem, you can gift your unused passes to a friend and kick off your membership ASAP.

Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum age to climb is 4 years old.

2. Minors 4-12 years old require adult supervision at all times.

3. All passes are shareable only with the pass holder is present.

4. All purchases are non refundable.

5. Memberships are non-transferrable.
