Rock Climbing Gyms In The UAE

This is the full list broken down by each Emirate.

Dubai

Sport climbers looking for top rope, lead, or auto belay routes should consider Mountain Extreme which has indoor walls for comfortable climbing even during summer.

For bouldering, either Mountain Extreme or Rock Republic are fine for beginner to intermediate climbers.

Their boulder problems are reset every few months and they do organize competitions during the year. Both gyms also have system boards such as the Moonboard and Tension Board.

Abu Dhabi

For a first taste of rock climbing, Clymb is the most convenient and has the highest wall in the UAE.

Beginner to intermediate climbers will benefit most from a membership at Sorbonne which has well established routes and climbing training facilities.
